Do all plans include an inbox and AI agents? +

Yes. Every paid plan has the core shared WhatsApp workspace, with its own number, seat and AI agent allowances.

What changes when I upgrade to Professional? +

Professional raises number and agent capacity and unlocks image analysis, sales funnel features, and deeper analytics.

Why choose Enterprise? +

Team Spaces can be managed by an authorized Owner/Admin on every paid plan. Enterprise adds Advanced CRM, Team Space activity reports, Analytics CSV export, previous-period comparison and a longer analytics history. Individual employee-performance analytics are not currently available.

What are AI credits and AI Studio tests? +

AI credits cover AI response usage subject to the platform's credit accounting. AI Studio tests are a separate allowance for trying agent behavior.

Are Meta's WhatsApp charges included? +

No. Meta's applicable message fees are separate from your platform subscription. Sending also depends on Meta's messaging tiers, templates, opt-in requirements and policy rules.

What does unlimited broadcasts mean? +

Enterprise has no platform broadcast volume cap. That does not remove Meta's account-level sending limits, quality limits, safety checks or other restrictions.

Is there a free trial? +

The platform currently has a 3-day trial plan. Actual signup eligibility and trial terms are shown in the customer application.
