Refund Policy

At Noreply Node, we provide a robust omnichannel communication and AI automation platform. Because our services incur hard costs from third-party infrastructure and API providers (such as Meta for WhatsApp), our refund policy is strictly enforced. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any of our paid plans.
1. General Rule: Non-Refundable
All fees and charges paid for Noreply Node subscriptions, API credits, add-ons, and custom integrations are non-refundable. Once a billing cycle starts and your account is provisioned with limits, we cannot issue a refund for that cycle.
2. Free Trials
We offer a free trial period for new users to test and evaluate the platform before making a financial commitment. It is your responsibility to evaluate the platform's suitability for your business during this trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, you will be billed for the selected subscription, and those charges will not be refunded.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Workspace Settings or the Billing Dashboard.
- Monthly Plans: If you cancel your monthly subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the platform until the cycle ends. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused days in a month.
- Annual Plans: Annual commitments are offered at a significant discount. If you cancel an annual plan early, you will not receive a refund for the remaining months.
4. API Usage and Consumed Credits
Noreply Node connects with third-party APIs (e.g., Meta/WhatsApp). Any message credits, top-ups, or usage-based billing charges are definitively non-refundable. If your third-party account (e.g., WhatsApp Business Account) gets suspended or banned by the provider for violating their policies, Noreply Node is not responsible, and no refunds will be issued for unused API credits.
5. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund or credit in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Major Technical Failure: If the Noreply Node platform experiences a critical outage extending beyond our SLA guarantee, rendering the service completely unusable for an extended period.
- Billing Errors: If you were demonstrably charged multiple times for a single invoice due to a system glitch.
Any claims for exceptions must be submitted to our billing department within 7 days of the charge.
6. Disputed Charges (Chargebacks)
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your credit card company or bank for a valid subscription charge, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and all associated data without notice. We encourage you to contact our billing team first to resolve any payment issues.
