We use the collected data strictly for the following operational purposes:

  • To train and execute your private AI Knowledge Base (We strictly do not use your private communication data to train our global or public AI models).

3. Third-Party API Compliance

Noreply Node operates as an official technology provider leveraging various third-party APIs. We adhere strictly to the respective developer policies of our partners, including but not limited to the WhatsApp Business Policy, Google API Services User Data Policy, and Telegram Developer Terms. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your end-users' data. You retain full ownership of your customer communications.

4. Data Sharing & Sub-Processors

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only with trusted third-party vendors necessary for our infrastructure and operations, including:

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Secure cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) for database and server management.
  • Payment Processors: Enterprise payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay) for secure billing. We do not store your credit card numbers.
  • Channel Partners: Meta Platforms, Inc., Google LLC, Telegram Messenger Inc., and other integrated services solely for the purpose of message delivery.

We retain Account Data for as long as your account is active. Communication logs are retained according to your specific workspace retention settings and are permanently purged upon account deletion.
